The latest "training" material has gone out over the AT&T wire, the Code of Business Conduct. Be very aware that AT&T fully intends on using this training material to disipline its employees and in some cases terminate any employee violating the COBC. While arbitration has determined that reading this material on line does not constitute your agreement with that material, be aware that AT&T will attempt to use this coverage as a means to disipline. This means follow all saftey practices and also NO WORKING OF THE CLOCK at any time for any reason. This includes answering the company issued cell phone for business purposes. Local 3702 strongly urges its members to be familiar with the COBC and avoid the pitfalls contained within.
